Mental health and wellbeing survey aims to benchmark what ‘good’ looks like

With the Conveyancing Foundation’s Wellbeing at Work month now underway, the previewed Wellbeing at Work Excellence Survey is now open, inviting property professionals to share their experiences and help shape the future of workplace wellbeing across the industry.

The output of the survey will help benchmark workplace wellbeing across the property industry, identify current practices, explore what excellent workplace wellbeing looks like and contribute towards establishing industry-wide best practice. All entries into the survey will be eligible for one of three prizes: £500 cash, a luxury one-night spa break for two, and a Fortnum & Mason luxury hamper.

The month long initiative will give conveyancers the opportunity to take part in a range of activities and resources, including TED-style talks from the Foundation’s charity partners, a Mental Health Champion Course led by mental health trainer Sharron Moffatt (MHFA/ACSM), and The Great Wellbeing Quiz-Off on 21st October hosted by popular podcast Bricks and Banter, registration for which is on the Conveyancing Foundation website.

A free Digital Supporter Pack, containing ready-to-use social media assets and logos, is also available for businesses and individuals wanting to show their support for Wellbeing at Work Month.

The Conveyancing Foundation also expresses its thanks to its Charity Partners, without whom Wellbeing at Work Month would not be possible: Landmark, tmGroup, Cashroom, InfoTrack, CLC Groundsure, The Society Of Licensed Conveyancers, The Negotiator, PEXA, Miller Insurance, Checkboard, The Conveyancing Awards Law Care, The ESTAS, Convey 365, Convey Law, Sort Legal, Today’s Media, Bold Legal Group, Morale Solutions, Inside Conveyancing and Orion Legal Marketing.
