InfoTrack has launched Document Review, a conveyancing document analysis tool that applies more than 2,000 expert-built rules to flag potential risks, missing information and lender requirements as documents enter a matter.
Operating within the InfoTrack platform, Document Review analyses around 40,000 conveyancing documents each day. It reviews key transaction documents, including title registers, contracts, TA forms and leases, as well as supporting material such as fire risk assessments and asbestos surveys.
The tool draws on the relevant UK Finance Mortgage Lenders’ Handbook requirements for each matter, helping conveyancers assess whether information needs further review. Findings are presented through clear status flags and linked directly to the source document, so users can quickly inspect the supporting evidence.

e4 Strategic has launched VERSA Convey, a digital workflow solution developed in consultation with lenders and conveyancers to modernise the post-offer stage of the property transaction and support the next phase of the government’s homebuying reforms.
Built around the operational challenges that continue to affect the post-offer journey, VERSA Convey creates a single digital environment for managing lender and conveyancer interactions. By reducing duplication and streamlining communication, it helps firms resolve issues before they affect completion times.
Integrated with VERSA Assure, e4 Strategic’s conveyancer panel management platform, the combined VERSA ecosystem enables lenders to oversee both panel governance and transaction delivery through a more joined-up operating model. Cloud-based legal practice management software Matters.Cloud has formed a new partnership with Klyant, a specialist legal accounting platform.

By connecting Matters.Cloud with Klyant, firms can reduce manual administration, improve data accuracy and gain greater visibility across both operational and financial processes.

Landmark and OrdoLux have integrated their legal technology platforms, connecting OrdoLux’s cloud-native legal software with Landmark’s Contract Pack Vault.
The collaboration will help conveyancers prepare and share contract packs with less duplicate data entry.
Avi Gordon of OrdoLux said, “Our aim is for OrdoLux to be the first system a lawyer opens each morning, but it cannot be the only system they use. Third-party integrations are therefore an important part of our plans.
“In fixed-price conveyancing, saving even five, 10 or 15 minutes on each transaction becomes meaningful across a firm’s caseload.”

Conveyancing distributor conveybuddy has completed a full technology integration of panel firm member PLS Solicitors into its platform.
The integration means advisers instructing PLS Solicitors through conveybuddy will benefit from a seamless transfer of case information directly into the firm’s case management system, removing the need for duplicate data entry and enabling transaction information, milestones and updates to flow back through the conveybuddy platform in real-time.
