December 2020 – Land Registry Transaction Data
The latest data for the HM Land Registry Transaction figures have been released. The Transaction Data indicates that in December, 1,431,694 applications were completed by Land Registry. For regional applications, the South East came top with 337,929 For local authority applications, Birmingham came top with 21,069 The link to the data is here.
